Bloom Technologies, Pte. Ltd. builds blockchain-based products and services to reduce the cost and improve the customer experience of money transfer, with a vision to provide financial access to the unbanked and underbanked of the ASEAN region.

Incorporated in Singapore with operating entities in the Philippines and Australia, Bloom acts as a remittance aggregator platform, a foreign exchange broker, and provides consulting, technical, and advisory services on blockchain development. Its customers are primarily businesses engaged in money services such as remittances, foreign exchange, or payments.

The Founders

Israel Keys, Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Israel is an entrepreneur with a background in technology startups and international humanitarian aid. Hailing from Australia, he spent the last ten years abroad working with rural communities in Mozambique, to technology startups in the greater Boston region of the USA. A graduate of Harvard University, Israel is driven by his a passion for developing people and building enterprises that make a difference.

Ramon Tayag, Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder

A Blockchain entrepreneur, web application developer, and project manager of large-scale website projects, Ramon has been an advocate of cryptocurrencies since 2012. He has a degree in Computer Science from Ateneo de Manila University and built his first startup in 2006.

Justin David, Chief Operations Officer and Co-founder

Before joining Bloom, Justin led practices in commerce and law and worked in Australia, the United States and the Philippines. Educated in Australia, Justin holds an LLB from the University of Melbourne, a BA from Monash University; and a BCOM from the Australian Catholic University.
